Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Room Reveal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Room Reveal.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Plans and Pricing

Room Reveal offers the following plans:

Prices are listed in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

• Subscription plans (Home and Pro) are billed at the start of each billing cycle
• You may cancel your subscription at any time -- your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• The Try It plan is a one-time purchase and is not a subscription
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of your account

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of your purchase or subscription start date, contact us at [email protected] to request a full refund. Refunds requested after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.

User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all images you upload and all AI-transformed images generated from your uploads. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your uploaded images solely for the purpose of providing the transformation service.

Room Reveal retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable samples of transformed images for marketing and promotional purposes (such as before/after examples on our website). You may opt out of this at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

The Room Reveal name, logo, and all related branding are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Upload explicit, obscene, or pornographic material
• Upload images that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or access to it
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

AI-Generated Content

Room Reveal uses artificial intelligence to generate transformed room images. AI-generated results are provided "as is" and are intended for visualization and inspiration purposes. We do not guarantee that AI-generated images will be accurate representations of real-world design outcomes. Colors, furniture, textures, and proportions in transformed images are approximations and may differ from actual products or materials.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis without any service level agreement (SLA). We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Room Reveal and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that AI-generated results will be suitable for any particular use.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
• We may discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email at the address associated with your account and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and cancel your account.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
